Base yourself close to everything, near a tram line and the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great bathroom lighting for the cold weather. Friendly staff at reception and a 7-Eleven opposite the motel for convenience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's located at the intersection of three busy roads, making it super convenient for getting to and from the city with public transport. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. The soundproofed rooms were a nice touch, making my sleep very peaceful. The amenities in the room were fantastic, and the outdoor dining area provided a comfortable space to relax in.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The room at Park Squire Motor Inn & Serviced was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The free undercover parking was a bonus, and the location close to the tram made it easy to explore the area.

We loved the convenient location, being so close to the airport, train station, and city centre. It made getting around this city easy. The hotel facilities were great, with super clean cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen.

As a budget traveler, I loved the convenient location near the hospital and tram line, perfect for my day surgery at Peter Mac. The clean room and adequate space met my needs. Leaving my car parked there while at the hospital was a great advantage.

The twin room was comfortable and everything seemed new. The staff at reception were friendly and allowed a late checkout. The location was convenient with easy access to the tram stop for exploring the city.
The noise levels were high, with families and noisy children causing disturbance. The constant running up and down the stairs was annoying, and the noise continued until late at night and started again early in the morning.

Great location, close to city and public transport. Large, clean and well-appointed rooms. Quiet despite being near traffic and the city. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Access to laundry facilities.
